You realize that very few people know that you are referring to a question you just asked right? No one follows you day and night and remembers what you said. Maybe you can help yourself instead by not being lazy and looking at the Wikipedia article of Gerald Ford. Look at ALL of his domestic policy and after looking at each thing he did domestically, look if it was good or bad. Hint: you can interpret ANYTHING as being negative. For example if a president gave blacks the right to vote, that's a positive domestic policy right? You could argue however that white supremacists in the south lost much of their power when this happened so it was negative for them. For each piece of domestic policy you have to look at who this effects, how it effects each party and you have to decide how you want to view the piece of policy.
