I mean I don't know why you keep asking people to give you the answer when you can just type the exact same phrase you put in the question into wolframalpha.com and it would give you the answer directly.

You aren't learning anything by having brackett do it for you and he's wasting time he could be spending actually teaching people instead of giving them answers.

Sometimes it will show you steps, but it's certainly teaching you just as much as any of the answers you're getting from these people are.

If you actually want help on something you have to ask about what is confusing you. If you just post your homework problem the silly tutors here will just give you the answer and nobody will have accomplished anything.

i agree polpak - i think brackett (and he's not the only one) treats this site as a competition to see who's the fastest. I must be honest i've been guilty of that sometimes. But its not helping people.

Yeah, I try really hard to help people and get them to talk about what their confusion is and halfway through the conversation someone else jumps in, slaps up the answer and moves on. Just a waste of time.

o jimmy, its not like i wanto show my speed in solving , guys here accept only solution , only a few like to learn those concepts and for then i type out the whole solution...and i need to accept polpak.i've thought it quite a few no. of times...me coming in and givin answer,whilst u tryin to type out entire stuff. i'll try not doing that... :) wat takes me off is, people here come , ask answer and pack,while they don't bother about the concept.earlier i was explaining the concept and providing solution,but people cared only about answers and so i changed myself too .so from now on, we'll type answers only with explanation... fine?

Oh, I usually don't type answers. I ask questions. If they don't answer my questions then I move on. If they're not interested in putting in some effort to learn I'm not interested in putting in effort to teach.
