is that 8 * (2/3)?
yes
you make (8 * 2)/3
treat it like (8/1) * (2/3), then multiply straight across... so 8 * 2 on top, and 1 * 3 on bottom = (16/3)
take the cubed root of 8 then square that. so cubed root of 8 is 2, then 2 squared is 4
