I am interesting in, but i'm not really clear the conception of design too. But it can be divided into many form like fashion design or computer design(graphic or bla bla bla)

humm, it specifics on computer design. In fact, i know lot and understand about design tools of computer but i am not completely satisfied with my result at all because it isn't all my idea. I mean i get some ideas or resource from other designer on web, then i integrated them together. From the begging, i didn't learn about computer design theory. I start to use tools directly so i think i lack of conception of design. So do you have any idea my problem ? whatever any idea are appreciate.

You are on the same track as me. What ever i do is to get the idea from the source both photo shop and other program. Actually if you study about web development, i think there will be a subject related to design too.

I usually find a photo shop tutorial around google, that helpful i think. But i used to see some web designer who created their own blogs, but unfortunetely i never remember once. Sorry guy
