Michelle has a conversation with her sister. She wants to discuss an argument the two of them had a few minutes earlier. Michelle begins the conversation by looking at her sister as she speaks, and the conversation continues as Michelle slouches in the chair next to her sister. Michelle then begins to accuse her sister of causing too much trouble around the house.
Acknowledge what happened, apologize, ask what she can do to make it right, and recommit to the friendship. Bring in a parent to help with the situation, as the sisters are not making good progress. Say she is sorry, promise to never do it again, and then let her sister do the same thing for her. Use this as a time to bring up similar things her sister has done in the past and demand an apology.
