u will need a router for tat .... one single application cannot use two connections at one given time which will the limit the speed for just one connection.
also can use two connections on a single computer is by using a teaming software

run a system scan to check out all malwares........Use Mozilla firefox for browsing.......don't use torrent clients while browsing. if u are using windows use avast/avg as antivirus. Update ur system if u are using a genuine windows copy. after that disable auto update for all soft wares other than for antivirus .
