Actually more than the students, I'm annoyed that the tutors often just jump into conversations and throw out answers rather than helping the students figure things out themselves (with a bit of prompting).

I cannot count the number of times I'll be 5-6 minutes into explaining something when some other tutor comes in, slaps the answer down and leaves. Then the student inexplicably disappears only to show up a few minutes later asking the same question, but with different numbers this time.
