The highest term on f(x) will be x^4. So then behavior of f(x) will be the same as of x^4 which is goes to infinity as x goes to plus/minus infinity.
To find the y-intercepts you plug in x=0, to get y=(-2)^2(1)(-1)=-4. So (0,-4) is the y-intercept
