It just means an informal way of communication within a firm or organization . The information could be passed person to person by word of mouth, perhaps in a confidential manner among friends or colleagues.  It could also be some overheard conversation or anonymous sources of information.
     Grapevine spreads like fire and it is not easy to trace the cause of such communication at times.
 There are two groups :
 1.spontaneous   ( occurs when ppl are stressed )
 2. premeditated ( occurs in competitive environments )

i think you mean grape vine... its basicly gossip or talking about something that may or may not have happened.

"grape wine communication" - if correctly quoted - could likely be a play on words, and refer to communication between people under the influence of alcohol.. ie communication not to be relied upon.
