how to find the 95th percentile point?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

you take the .95 place of the number of data points; if thats a decimal, round up and count to find the number in that place

OpenStudy (amistre64):

.95(n) = P{95} if P{95} is like 4.6; round to 5 and count to the 5th data point

OpenStudy (amistre64):

if P{95} is a whole number; like say 6 count 6 and 7 and average those 2 numbers
