Graph the inequality on a plane 6x - 5 < or equal to 11x + y

OpenStudy (amistre64):

6x -5 </ 11x + y ; -11x -5x-5 </ y

OpenStudy (amistre64):

graph the line -5x-5 = y and make it solid; then pick a point off the line to test

OpenStudy (amistre64):

(0,0) makes it: -5</0 which is true; so that point is on the 'true' side

i'm confused on this one I could not graph

OpenStudy (amistre64):

wheres the confusion at?

OpenStudy (anonymous):
