I have just begun my Computer engineering Please advise , what courses should I start with?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

python is good start for programming, this course is good but it requires alot of math and is based more on programming(which is good) and problem solving rather than learning the syntax and mastering a language. Give it a shot though

p.s. you can always get advice here from other students who also need help

Hey This is Bharath for you. You learn lean the logics. Logices means How to Solve a problem. To learn logics you have to one programming language That language may be Python or C. But avoid predefined functions (like strlen in C). Write your own logic to solve the problem. If you know how to solve problems you can write programs in any language. All the best.

Thank You I have already learned C in my first year .Is it advisable to do .net after C or should I do JAVA?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well both have a bright future and you can get jobs in both areas it just really depends on what you want to do... theres lots of options really but knowing both wouldn't hurt

If your focus is developing solutions for Web, Java has great market demand. I've programmed with Java + JSP + Hibernate, I am now studying JSF (java web framework).
