Given circle K with a radius of 5 cm, describe the locus of points in a plane that are 5 cm from the circle. Circle K with radius of 10 cm Point K Circle K with radius of 10 cm and point K None of these
Sorry, I am just trying to understand the lesson! :) Thank You For All Of Your Help!
is point k the center of the circle?
i believe so, they dont attach a picture.
ok i believe its C) then the center is always the radius length away from any point on circle and any point on a circle of 10 would be 5 away from the smaller circle
Okay. Thank You Again! I wish there was another way to pay you for you help, but you get a SHINY NEW MEDAL!
haha yea! 1 million more and i can trade it in for a penny
really? LOL
i dunno, but you never know what you can sell on ebay :)
Describe the locus of points in a plane that are 2 cm from point C. would this answer be A circle with a radius of 4 cm The choices are A circle with a radius of 2 cm A segment 4 cm long A circle with a radius of 4 cm A sphere with a radius of 2 cm
if point C is center of circle, then its circle with radius 2 because they have to be 2cm away at all times, this only occurs if radius is 2
