OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah i noticed that but didnt bother to fix it. equations

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A quadratic function is any function equivalent to any function of form: aX^2+ bX + C note that u asked 'quadratic equations', so it must have sign '=' e.g: aX^2 + bX + C = 0

OpenStudy (amistre64):

quadratic equations arose from the study of the area of quadrilaterals; hence the name and why they are squares
