Light is an EM How can I "rectify it" (let trough only positives Halfwaves)

by Hertz experiment.

I assume that you mean the rectification done in demodulation of AM waves. The EM radio waves propagating in free space induce an electric potential on the antenna of the radio receiver. This potential can be transferred to receiver circuit using electric conductors. Diodes in the receiver is used to rectify this potential. As a side note - the RF field in the radio receiver is still considered an EM wave. This is because AC electric fields are always associated with AC magnetic fields.

Fine what I need now is a diode that can rectify light waves

Hertz with light frequency? tell me how
