how do you solve: f(3)=3 F(-5)=5 in slope intercept form?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

f(3) =3 is the same thing is (3,3) and therefore (-5,5) slope intercept form is y=mx+b use those two points to get the slope...sub into the equation for m and choose another point i.e. (3,3) to solve for b.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

choose one of the points with the slope you found using the slope intercept form and substitute in the point slope form
