-6y+5x=10 i need to find the slope and y intercept

OpenStudy (anonymous):

to find slope you need to make that equation into y=mx+b form. meaning put y on 1 side and the rest of the stuff on the other side of the equal sign.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

using that equation and substituting 0 for x. solve it. and you'll get your y-intercept

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so i get \[y=\frac{5}{6}x-\frac{10}{6}\] and y intercept is \[(0,-\frac{10}{6})\]

my calc gives me inval dim
