I agree, but I also find that many users here are looking to just be told the answers and are not willing to take the time to LEARN the reasons behind the answers.  I'm specifically noting the Math group because that is my main area of study.  I find it a little frustrating to see a question pop up, someone gives them the final answer with no explanation and the person thanks them and moves on...me posting the actual *method* of solution becomes lost in the ether.
