Because Perl does not give direct acces to memory managment, like C or any relatively low-level language (ASM, C++, ...)

well i mean to attack a webpage or server and control it without having acess on it... remote exploits we can say... that most of them are written in perl..

Perl is hard to learn. . .You can't debug your code after a month without comments.

well, its not that hard, just its a little bit hard to code..

to code exploits in C better but the main problem is that you need Shell to compile the exploits are written in C...
