which equation has a slope of 2 and contains tha point 4,-4 y=4x-4 y=2x+2 y=2x-12 y=2x-4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y=2x-12

OpenStudy (anonymous):

r u sure that is right ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes. The first equation is obviouslz wrong, because the slope has to be 2. And if you substitute x = 4 and y = -4 you get the correct equation, which is the third(-4 = 2*4 - 12 => -4 = -4)
