(4p^2+4p)/28p^2+16p simplify by removing factors of 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[p(4p+4)/p(28p+16)\] the p's outside the parentheses will cancel out because p/p = 1 leaving you with \[(4p+4)/ (28p+16)\] then you can take out coefficients \[4(p+1)/4(7p+4)\] since 4/4 = 1 as well it cancels to: \[(p+1)/(7p+4)\]
