i was downloading a software in torrent when i restarted by laptop i opened the torrent it was showing no torrent file downloading. pls help me  i don't want to restart it again

Open torrent downloader(I Use transmission)if it is not displaying the downloading/downloaded file you can go to the destination (where it is supposed to be downloaded)and check it is downloaded or not,before that make sure torrent file is there .
