what is difference b/w SQL and MYSQL?
are there any SQL softwares like MSQL?
if so how can i download it?

SQL=>Structured query lang.
MySQL=>SQL implementation of SQL(software) ,Open source,Famous one used by Web developers with PHP,Python,etc..
MsSQL =>SQL implemented by Microsoft.

For your first question, SQL is a language used with databases, mySQL is a database application that uses SQL.
