That was the question. How does the speed of light attain the speed of light?

ha ha, I am not sure you mean that! Is your question, how does light attain the speed of light. The answer to that question is that photons have 0 mass. because using our old friend e=mc^2 to get to the speed of light we increase in energy c is constant so mass increases. If we start with 0 mass then we can attain light speed. All other items will increase mass so much that you need infinite energy to increase to c. Now can you believe that any particle can have zero mass? well that's another question. lol
