what is meant by strategic importance??
sorry i answered late, i stepped away from my comp for a sec but then u logged off. my question is: do you think this is a good thesis for my paper about the question "to what extent in the Crucible historically accurate?: Though The Crucible, to a very small extent, can be considered historically accurate, there are some elements that verify to be true. Well what do you think?
strategic importance means something that gives you an advantage over others that you can use to overshadow them or use to your advantage when a face off occurs........ for example, the Andaman and Nicobar islands belong to India but lie far away from the mainland and sort of mid-way between India and the far-east countries. If India maintains its naval forces and nuclear arms there, then India has the capacity to retaliate even if the mainland is destroyed so these islands are of strategic importance
