13 is a prime factor; it is only divisible by itself and 1. So you can't simplify 13/60 any further. Do you mean put it into decimal form?
OpenStudy (bobbyleary):
Since 13 is a prime number, it is not divisible by any number besides 1 and itself. 13/60 is in the lowest reduced form.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
It's impossible to reduce more ;)
