OpenStudy (anonymous):

Isotate Y ---> Y^2 = 2x^2 - 8 ---> Y= ((2x^2 - 8))^(1/2) ----> Y=(2(x^2 -4))(1/2) ---> Y=(2(x-2)(x+4))^(1/2)
