Okay so here's the deal: Let 100% be 100 students, then 75% is 75 students..

Let's say there are 100 people. Then 75 took 8 or more, and of the remaining 25, 60% (15) took 6 or 7. Which leaves 10/100 (10%) who took less than 6.
