get a torrent client. either mu torrent.exe (best), vuze, Azureus, Install it......... download the torrent and open it with the torrent client (say mu torrent)

For downloading torrent , you have to go to a torrent site......... eg: btjunkie.org. thepiratebay.org, extratorrent.com etc find the line showing download torrent and click it. You will get the torrent. open it with mu torrent......it will start downloading.

I thought torrent can only be downloaded by some torrent downloaders like utorrent, bittorrent,...:-/

the speed always depends on your connection speed. It will be fast , if you have a faster connection. with your existing connection, try stopping other download processes and using internet browser(and vice verse) while you want to download the torrent. It will utilize the whole available bandwidth(speed) for the downloading process.

my net download speed is 11 kb /s some times

some times it is 3-4 kb per second

you cannot download files through torrent with any downloader other than a torrent client

The speed depends on how many peers has that file and upload speed of their connection. In this way of sharing (P2P), you download from another person just like you, that have the file you want, so it's not just about your connection.

uTorrent should do the trick. Its small (less then 1Mb), dont use much memory and its very user-friendly.
