OpenStudy (amistre64):
excluded values are values that make the equation 'undefined'. which usually means there is a 0 in the denominator of a fraction
OpenStudy (amistre64):
but later on in math it means where the domain is undefined for a given function
OpenStudy (amistre64):
if that a+7 is part of the bottom of a fraction; the when a = -7, we get a bad number.
