For which k ( k is real number), Quadratic form 2x^2+y^2+2xy+2yc+kx^2 can be compiled to Quadratic form xy-yz+xy?

but xy-yz+xy = 2xy - yz but this is not a quadratic form????

and I made typing mystake in first quadratic form. it's 2x^2+y^2+2xy+2yz+kz^2
