I know this is math...but pls some help... Can we say that one of the differences between animal and plant's cell is vacuole... They both have vacuole, but in plant cell it is much much bigger than in animal's cell....so?

yes, it is a difference. (but when you mention it as a difference you need to stress on the size & function carried out by vacuole in plant and animal cells) Vacuoles have a definite role in plant cell, such as maintaining cell turgor, isolating, storing and transporting substance harmful to the cells, maintaining pH etc In animal cell their function is just limited to phagocytosis, pinocytosis and exocytosis.
