If you want to learn something practical, you can go for learning C, data structure, dbms and java.. Start your study with C and data structure since they are the foundation.. and after that you can go for java which can teach you OOP concepts useful for practical aspects.. and database after that!! You can also plan for learning HTML in the last, it will not take much time.. hope i answered your question.
i think after c,c++ you can go for c#
Are u sure u wanna go to software line. If yes then start with Java. It is very good language. Try to learn OOP(Object oriented Programming) Concept, it's basic for now a days. And i can assure u that if u learn concept by concept then u can learn any language easily.
Python Python Python. . .Learn it you will love it. . .
Given you already know a bit of java, stick with it. Once you are familiar with one language is much easier to learn others in the future. Maybe do something like php which is simple to start on web if you want that. I would complementing that with some dbms, data structures. Learn Unix!
