this is about the importance of pencil

Pencil symbolizes learning and knowledge. It shows us a simple object but very useful on studying. When the lead of the pencil broke you will sharpen it to make it usable again or enhance it. This is our similarity when I am being low I am improving myself to perform better again.
Pencil is important to me because it helps me a lot on my studies like solving Math problems. I don't want to be a pencil because when it break it is not useful anymore and you are sharpening it for a short period improvement and not for a long time and I don't want to be like that because i want to be good as time goes by or even improve myself.

The last sentence is too long. Say it in a few sentences.

finish the sentence after 'anymore'
Then second sentence would be
''You sharpen it to get a short time improvement not a long one.'
The last sentences would be

I don't want to be like that. I want to have a life of continual improvement as time goes on.
