Can someone help me with this, please? I swear we never did any of these problems! (x+11)(x-2)(x+9)>0 I am really struggling to finish up this class and move on! ;)

has zeros at -11, -9 and 2. is negative, then positive, then negative then positive. so answer is (-11,-9) and (2, infinity)
by which i mean this is a polynomial of degree three. a simple graph will show you where it is positive and negative. try here http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=%28x%2B11%29%28x-2%29%28x%2B9%29
