What is the best Programming language for Desktop applications, c++, c#, Java or another?

If you are reffering to GUI's, then all of them have support. Java has built in libraries for window making and is cross-platform. Unfortunately, Java programs rarely look like native programs. C++ will give you the native look, but you will have to find a library you like (wxwidgets, gtkmm, etc.).

I learned C++object oriented programing, then i was moved to java programing but now i want to programing on c#, is this a good choise?

OOP  is too useful and its not so complicated, and its really have useful things, sometimes u don2T have to code ^^ i did it once ^^
