I am looking to get into networking and become a network analyst or engineer. Can anyone tell me where to begin? a degree? comptia network +, CCNA? please someone help me

I got an electrical engineering degree and focus on networking and telecommunications. I liked this approach because it allowed me to be very well-rounded and understand many of the fundamental concepts. Computer science and computer engineering are also good options for degrees.

Ya can do it. First take a Course Named Network+. If not avilable then start to learn about basic of networking. Specially OSI 7 layer. Then u should take CCNA. If u want to grow up ur Carrier with microsoft then take MCSE course. It's ur wish to go any track.

Start with CCNA,CCNP and carry on with, don't only learn try working as intern on the area of your interest.

U could start with a degree and study ccna alongside it.

You do not need a degree but it will help, However by getting certifications like CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network +, and A+ (not really networking but will help you get a foot in the door at alot of places still) you can get an entry level job working in networking and work up to it by expanding your knowledge.
