well Just go to import and export settings (in tools) make your settngs to C++ and build before you start the project ^^ and there is a build thing like that use that :D

press F6 or go to Build > Build Solution
press F5 to debug

Make sure you are using a C++ Project, that C++ Project has a .cpp file where the main is, so the program can be compiled.
