Which of the following is a compound statement? The sides and angles in an equilateral triangle are equal. The sides of a square are equal and the opposite sides of a square are parallel. The opposite sides of a rectangle are equal and parallel. The center of a circle is at the same distance from all points on its circumference.

Compound statement means two sentences are used. The first one says "2 things are equal". The second one says "two things are equal, AND, two things are parallel". Third one says "two things are two things". Fourth one says "one thing is one thing from somewhere". The second sentence is two sentences. :D
