Sure. y <= 2x +3 This means draw the line y= 2x+3 and shade everything under it. Put a dot at (0,3) and using the slope of 2 (in front of x), you move up two, and right one and put a dot. Then move up 2 and one to the right and put a dot. Continue this line. Then color everything underneath this solid line.
