How great would it be to form a group where people can come together and share their knowledge, mentor each other in the computer and electronics field. Would love to start something like this.. anyone have an opinion?

there is something similar to it out there in "HACKER SPACES" OR "HACKER DOJO"  but i was thinking just a group to get together..do fun projects share knowledge.. maybe it would evolve into a rented out hacker space but same concept..

I have seen people use LiveMind (livemind.com) to bring in people (webcam)from all over.. .  kinda cool but I liked the Jelly better.  I got more useful solutions when in IRL

yeah, same thought had here, but we aren't just dependent on only this, I think whant he is specifing is like a project management group/site for software design/development...
