how is garbage value assigned to an empty variable? why doesnt it happens to an unassigned variable in an array?

Second) your going to have to give more information, what language are you using? the majority of the people here are just learning their first language, and its python. I suspect your not using python

You don't have 'unassigned' variables in python, so I must assume you're referring to some other language. If so, you'll need to specify which one.
