SQL, well generic one, look at w3shcools or some books for begginers, MS SQL, look for the book MCTS 70-433 is the book that is used to train Microsoft SQL Server Database Development for the being Certified as an MCA on MS SQL :)

if you are going for 3rd party sites which will not be good.
