For one, it should be D, because you are translating the point, which is moving it, up by four, and right by four, so just add four to each of the coordinates

So for 10, its a (0, -2) translation and you need to find point C. So first figure out the coordinates of point C. They are (5, 5). Then add the X- coordinates and the y coordinates to get the translation: (5+0, 5+[-2]). And you get (5, 3)
