OpenStudy (anonymous):

quantum physics is reliable?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

like most physics it is most theoretical but as of now it is reliable

OpenStudy (anonymous):

there is something in quantum physics that is not theory? have something in quantum physics being used in practice?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

things like the Heisenberg principle and debroglie wavelength are used in practice, all quantum physics is, is wave properties gievn to particle which is proven true

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and parallel universe and quantum immortality deserve credit? or is it pseudo-physics?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it is theory until proven incorrect

OpenStudy (anonymous):

... or until proven correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think that there is no known case where quantum theory has been proven wrong, or of its predictions failing. And yes, it does have practical uses. The entire semiconductor industry is built on it. Infact, Electromagnetic theory and quantum theory are the two core theories governing science and technology of electronics. Further, the upcoming field of quantum computers is also governed by it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is reliable because through quantum physics we r able to recognise things in micro scale or nanoscale

OpenStudy (anonymous):

tunneling diodes would not exist without quantum physics

OpenStudy (anonymous):

exactly rite skrite
