How can I improve my grades in calculus? Please help.
Study all the material learned in class! Find someone who knows alot about it and have them study with you because me myself can't study alone!
Read ahead. Even if the material doesn't make sense, underline what you want to ask about in class.
practice, and study, and get the feel of it
calculus is really quite basic; most of the work afterwards is how to apply it
You may use this http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/mathematics/18-01sc-single-variable-calculus-fall-2010/
Make concept flashcards. On them ask yourself how to go about solving a certain type of problem. Try to go through the general steps in your head.
Find the best-looking guy or gal in class and hang out with him or her in the math lab.
you can watch lectures...as nikita2 said..; you may download pdf of Problems In Calculus Of One Variable - I A Maron
Thanks for your concerns.
chag has experience in this he knows best
most of calculus is algebra so have a good handle on the algebra and calculus is relatively easy (but not ODE)
