emails can go the opposite way easily...just make sure you keep it simple and use winks..-they can be pretty helpful-...but overall try to make everything very clear and staight forward....and as kjackson said.. u gotta know the ettiquet ^_^

Try to capitalize correctly, and if your native language is not english, and you know your grammar is bad, put that at the end of the mail because it will work as an excuse

my take would be that just type it as you think it when it comes to your mind on what to say to someone then type it
