You have to know e-mail ettiqute. You know, like not witing in all capitals, as that is considered yelling.
I think, it is important pay attention and observe what you are writing. When answering, to see all the questions asked, clearly with no abreviations a lot, without errors...
emails can go the opposite way easily...just make sure you keep it simple and use winks..-they can be pretty helpful-...but overall try to make everything very clear and staight forward....and as kjackson said.. u gotta know the ettiquet ^_^

my take would be that just type it as you think it when it comes to your mind on what to say to someone then type it
