b did nothing because the appeasment agreement had been signed they didnt take action until 1939 when poland was attacked

There was no appeasement agreement. Appeasement was merely an attitude of the western powers towarfds an increasingly aggressive Germany. The western powers did nothing because they were unable to do anything at that time.
