How many six-digit even numbers less than 200 000 can be formed using all the digits 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, and 5?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OK. Less than 200 000 means first digit is 1. Even means last digit is 2. That leaves 1,2,3,5 for the middle 4 digits. That's just permutations of 4 digits: 4*3*2*1 = 24.
