I have already studied c++(just the kinda things I know how to do in python after going through this course except simulations) though not any complex stuff. I have 2 questions: 1) Are there any particular advantages in C which are not there in C++ (I wanna know because I am not sure if I should study C too or just concentrate on C++) 2)Where do we go from here(i.e after 6.00)? I really loved 6.00 but I'm not sure where to go now. There aren't a lot of courses with video lectures related to 6.00. :(
yeah C is used alot in programming operating systems and you should learn it, it won't be that hard after already knowing C++, after 6.00 i would go to project euler and do some problems and just keep practicing and then get a book on intermediate programming or algorithm analysis and learn how to do the basics even better
after you finish mit 6.0 i recommend to go to computer science study group. There we help from begineers to people seeking for new languages to learn
